One common characteristic prevails through every product in our range, the durability of the final finished surface. SealSource® products are engineered to outlast any other floor densifier, sealant, coloring system or line marking material on the market today. These are not just our words but those of the test teams in our major clients including Fedex, Air Asia, Star Bucks and grocery chains world wide. The Harden X range.
The Harden X™ product range comprises five concrete densifiers, or liquid hardeners. Each has its own targeted use. The Harden X™ densification range chemically treats concrete with a colorless silicate impregnation. The treatment hardens the concrete with little or no visial signs. The only a telltale indicators are the beeding water and a subtle shine from the glass impregnation.
Harden X™, illustrated in the photo on the left, is the foundation of the product family. It has been developed to provide unrivalled durability and simplicity of application whilst being environmentally friendly. The water based formulation sets the benchmark in the market place, evidenced by its use in high load, high traffic, environments like airport runways, aprons and maintenance facilities across the globe.
CureHard is a combined curing agent and densifier that exceeds ASTM C-309. It provides the sealing properties required for controlled concrete curing whilst densifying the concrete in a single treatment. Simply apply a single coat once the concrete has set to a hardness that allows the applicator to walk onto the concrete and burnish the next day for a hardened glossy finish.
Harden X SI™ provides total salt intrusion protection. It can be applied to new or aged concrete with the hardening properties of Harden X™. It is recommended that Harden X SI™ be applied in two coats. Harden X SI™ exceeds NCHRP 244 standards for chloride protection and is ideal for environments exposed to alkaline and acidic materials.
Harden XPlus™ provides a higher silicate densification compound developed for raise slabs and multi story building floors that required a greater silicate concentration due to the curing compounds used to accelerate the concretes hardening.
Harden XP™ provides optimal hardening with minimal drying times to allow the polishing of concrete within 20 to 40 minutes of application. Harden XP™ allows polishing contractors to apply a densifier in the morning and complete a floors polishing in the same day with as little as two passes. Harden XP™ when applied with DuraGloss™ will provide a high gloss finish with one to two burnishing passes following initial polishing to 800 grit.
Sealants.
SealSource® Sealants provide a great deal more than the finishing touch to stone, concrete or any polished surface. They extend the life of treated surfaces whilst protect them from abrasion and liquid damage. Applied with microfibre pads, DuraGloss™ and PremiumSeal™ sealants deliver a long lasting high gloss finishes to concrete, stones, and timber. In fact any floor covering excluding carpet. DuraGloss 30+ provides the same protective benefits with a satin finish, ideal for rough cut stone and timber surfaces.
DuraGloss 50+™ and DuraGloss EXT™ can be burnished with 1800 and 3000 diamond impregnated burnishing pads to deliver a mirror like shine, lifting the colors from the floor whilst protecting them from liquid spills and daily traffic. Its durability is evident to any person entering New York New York Casino, as the main and elevator entry areas are protected by SealSource® DuraGloss 50+™.
PremiumSeal™ is used in wet areas where water and liquid protection is critical. Ideal for industrial kitchens, medical treatment facilities and restrooms, PremiumSeal™ provides optimal liquid repellency.
DuraGoss EXT™ provides the same protection for external surfaces and surfaces that are exposed to direct sunlight such as atriums, sunrooms and glass featured stairwells.
Colour Systems.
SealSource® colour systems provide concrete coloring with full cover and translucent finishes for interior and exterior applications. KromaPolish™, KromaKrete™, ArmourGuard EPX™ and LineStripe™ deliver solutions for any visual treatment, limited only by your imagination.
KromaPolish™ is a membrane concrete treatment that impregnates the concrete to provide total protection whilst enabling the possibilities of absolute character and artistic flexibility in the final outcome. It can be mixed to any colour, supplied in a range of 12 standard colours or custom mixed to meet your needs. Colours can be combined to build a mosaic with the underlying character of the concrete highlighted in the final finish. KromaPolish™ is applied directly onto a concrete surface, then densified with Harden XP™ and finally sealed with DuraGloss 50+™ for a mirror finish. Alternatively DuraGloss 30+™ can be used for a satin finish, the choice is yours. KromaPolish™ is designed for interior use and is not suitable for exterior use or areas with direct high level exposure to utraviolet light.
KromaKrete™ is a polishable coloring system that provides a finish that highlights the character of the underlying concrete. KromaKrete™ is UV stable, suitable for interior and exterior use with a highly stain resistent finish, ideal for supermarkets, medical facilities, industrial plants and retail stores. KromaKrete™ is applied with DuraGloss 50+™ and burnished to deliver a high gloss mirror finish or
DuraGloss 30+™ for a satin finish. KromaKrete™ can also be combined to build a mosaic with the underlying character of the concrete highlighted in the final finish.
ArmourGuard EPX™ is a solid colour finish that is virtually indestructable. Its wear characteristics are exceptional, hardening to a matt finish, or when combined with DuraGloss 50+™ and burnishing, as a high gloss sparkling finish. Existing or new concrete surfaces can be treated, delivering a fresh, clean, solid colour to high traffic, environmentally challenging environments. These include chemical manufacturing facilities, kitchens, food processing and any environments that is regularly steam cleaned. ArmourGuard EPX™ is the foundation for LineStripe™.
LineStripe™ is the most durable line marking system available. It can be used in internally and externally. A range of vibrant colours are available as well as cutom colour availability upon request. LineStripe™ shares the same durability and physical characteristics as ArmourGuard EPX™ with enhanced traffic wear features.
Combined Curing Compound & Densifiers.
SealSource® Curing Compound Densifiers combine SealSource's world renowned Lithium Silicates with US ASTM C309. water retention compliance. AquaSeal-Harden is a clear, water-based, reacting with calcium hydroxide in portland concrete forming stable silica structures which harden, densify and retain moisture while concrete is curing as required by ASTM C309.
