SealSource AquaSeal
A single component water based acrylic cross linking emulsion designed to penetrate concrete surfaces and adhere to produce a clear gloss coating, providing a hard wearing dust free surface.
ADVANTAGES OF SEALSOURCE AQUASEAL
Residential driveways, warehouses and light industrial buildings will benefit from applying SealSource AquaSeal/Nanoseal, usually to new concrete but it can be applied to older surfaces provided they are clean and dry. Aquaseal is excellent for interior applications with no solvent fumes and does not have the flammable hazards of conventional solvent based products.
Coverage for each coat is between approximately 50 square metres per litre on a steel troweled concrete floor. We recommend applying 2 coats of Aquaseal for optimum effect, and the application must not be too thick as excessive build up may cause the coating to appear milky when subjected to ponding. This milky effect will disappear when the coating dries completely.

How to Apply SEALSOURCE AQUASEAL
Aquaseal is applied to a clean floor. The floor should be thoroughly cleaned and allowed to dry before application.
Apply Aquaseal using either, a damp MicroFibre or Lambs Wool pad, at a rate of 50 square metres per litre.
AquaSeal can be burnished to a shine after drying. Allow at least 2 hours for drying before burnishing.
SealSource AquaSeal-Harden
SodiumSilicate Sealer - Hardening and Curing.
AquaSeal-Harden is a clear, water-based, reacting with calcium hydroxide in portland concrete forming stable silica structures which harden, densify and retain moisture while concrete is curing as required by ASTM 0309. AquaSeal-Harden is an environmentally friendly compound that contains no solvents and has a voc content that is compliant in all areas of the United States, Australia and EU. A single component material that creates a stronger, more abrasion resistant surface that will stand up to commercial and industrial floors that are looking for long-term protection against moisture, dirt, abuse, and heavy wear.
USES
AquaSeal-Harden's unique single component sodium silicate formulation is applied to concrete slabs whether newly poured or older. AquaSeal-Harden will penetrate and react with the free lime to enhance both the curing and hardening characteristics. AquaSeal-Harden works well on mechanically troweled or ground/polished concrete surfaces.
