Harden XP™ provides superior concrete strength with significantly shorted drying times and enhanced silicate impregnation, ideal for concrete polishing .  Harden XP™ protects against dusting, moisture, abrasion, bacteria, chemical attack, and the general wear and tear sustained by both interior and exterior surfaces over time.

 

Harden XP™ is not a coating–it completely penetrates the surface to become part of the structure in just one application—with no cracking, peeling or flaking for the life of the surface.

Harder Surface, Better Polish
Because of its advanced formulation, Harden XP™, will provide a more uniform harder surface after application; this allows for a better polish sooner in the polishing process.

 

Maximum Resistance
Harden XP™ reduces surface porosity for maximum resistance to dusting, moisture, and chemical attack. Mohs hardness testing shows a 41% increase in abrasion resistance. Harden XP™ also reduces the potential for efflorescence and ASR.

 

Fast-Drying, One-Time Application
Harden XP™ is simply sprayed evenly over the surface with no flushing or removal/disposal of any excess material and is dry in 10 minutes (open to traffic in 30). One application protects for the life of the concrete, leaving a light-­‐reflective surface that is easy to maintain with minimal downtime and maintenance expense.

Advantages of Lithium.

Chemical reactions of lithium silicates are more stable than those caused by the volatile conventional silicates, allowing the material to penetrate more deeply and react more evenly throughout the concrete. Harden XP™reacts with the lime in the concrete to form stable tri-calcium silica structures for maximum hardening, sealing, and densification. Other silicates absorb moisture and cause ASR, raising the pH of the surface and weakening the substrate over time. Lithium silicates are pH neutral and insoluble, providing maximum water resistance. The cutting-edge technology in our proprietary lithium formulation makes Harden XP™ the most advanced product of its kind.
